I admit, when I first started writing resumes over 10 years ago (certified for 5), I did not see people turning to artificial intelligence to write their resumes. I mean, how can 'artificial' be better than the real thing? Well, it can used to assist in your job search, but it should not be used to replace it. Yes, AI is here to stay, but I am not a fan of it for several reasons; so LET'S FOCUS ON WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU!

A LITTLE ABOUT CARLA
In a world that has shifted some in placing less importance on education and more on skills, I am still an advocate for education. Below, I highlight my education, as well as where my hearts lies with children in need. Prior to launching Marketing the Write Way in 2010, I spent about 10 years in Corporate America downtown Chicago and in sunny Florida.

- MSMOB in Management and Organizational Behavior with double major in Organization Development and Human Resource Management from Benedictine University
- BA in Business Administration from Governor’s State University
COMMUNITY:
I love kids and feel the greatest gift you can ever give is love to a child. During COVID school shutdowns in 2020 and 2021, I taught a (high-demand) on-line class nationwide to kids ages 10-14 yrs. old through Outschool. I currently sponsor a 14-yr.-old boy from Guatemala (since he was 5) through Compassion International (www.compassion.com), and I am also a former Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program (www.bbbs.org). In addition to my extensive work with children listed above, I am a past Board member for the Community of Organizational Development in Chicagoland (CODIC).
